Robert W. England, Jr. University Police Department Scholarship Endowment

The purpose of this fund is to award a scholarship to a student employed at the USM University Police Department. If there are no students employed with the University Police Department, the scholarship should be awarded to a junior or senior majoring in Criminal Justice.
