Joe B. Price Horn Scholarship Endowment

The purpose of this fund is to provide a scholarship to a deserving, talented and needy student, as determined by the Signature Authority in his or her sole judgement and absolute discretion, who is a horn player in the USM Symphony Orchestra. This endowment may also provide awards to English Language Institute students who are horn players in the USM Symphony Orchestra.
