Juanita Christine Simpson Special Education Scholarship Endowment

The purpose of this fund is to award a scholarship to a student in Curriculum, Instruction, and Special Education who has a minimum GPA of 2.5 and who is a graduate of a high school in Scott County, Mississippi. Preference shall be given to a student who demonstrates financial need. If a graduate of a high school in Scott County, Mississippi, cannot be identified, the scholarship may be awarded to another qualified student.
