Dr. Eugene D. and Carolyn P. Owens Jones County Scholarship Endowment

The purpose of this fund is to award a scholarship to an incoming freshman from Jones County, Mississippi with a minimum 2.7 GPA. Students initially enrolling at a higher classification due to dual enrollment are not disqualified.
