Jerry G. and Marcia C. McClain Scholarship Endowment

The purpose of this fund is to award a scholarship to a student majoring in Accounting with a minimum 3.2 GPA who is from Amite, Wilkinson, Franklin, or Adams County. If a student majoring in Accounting cannot be identified, the scholarship shall be awarded to a student in any major in the College of Business and Economic Development with a minimum 3.2 GPA who is from Amite, Wilkinson, Franklin, or Adams County. If no student meets the previous requirements, the scholarship shall be awarded to a student majoring in Accounting with a minimum 3.5 GPA who is from any county in Mississippi. If no Accounting student meets these requirements, the scholarship shall be awarded to a student in any major in the College of Business and Economic Development with a minimum 3.5 GPA who is from any county in Mississippi. It is the desire of the donor that only one recipient be named until such time as the spending allocation is sufficient to award two recipients a minimum of $2,000 each.
