Tracy Black Memorial Scholarship Endowment

The purpose of this fund is to award a scholarship to a student with financial need. Preference will be given to a student involved in the Women Empowerment Association and to a student transferring from a junior college. The Women Empowerment Association is open to all University students regardless of sex.
