Jean Capps Girl Scout Scholarship Endowment

The purpose of this fund is to award a scholarship to a Senior Girl Scout from one of the following counties: Clark, Covington, Forrest, George, Green, Hancock, Harrison, Jackson, Jasper, Jefferson Davis, Jones, Kemper, Lamar, Lauderdale, Marion, Neshoba, Newton, Pearl River, Perry, Stone, and Wayne that comprised the former Gulf Pines Girl Scout Council, or neighboring Pike or Walthall counties, who has earned the Gold Award. Preference shall be given to an incoming freshman.
