Baton Rouge Alumni Chapter Scholarship Endowment

The purpose of this fund is to provide scholarships for students at The University of Southern Mississippi. The scholarship recipient (i) shall have graduated from a high school that is located within the greater Baton Rouge area, (ii) shall have graduated high school with a grade point average not less than 3.0 on a 4.0 scale and (iii) shall have participated in and demonstrated leadership ability in various extracurricular activities in both school and the community. Preference shall be given to an incoming freshman and to children of alumni. If no student from the Baton Rouge area meets the criteria, the scholarship will be awarded to another qualified student.
