Joseph O'Hara Carson, Jr. Endowed Educational Studies Scholarship

The purpose of this fund is to award a scholarship to a graduate student enrolled in a program in Educational Research and Administration with preference given to students in Higher Education Administration. If no student meets the criteria, the scholarship will be awarded to another qualified student majoring in Education.
