Dr. James and Barbara Byrd Guernsey Elementary Education Endowment

The purpose of this fund is to award scholarships to students who meet all standards to be formally admitted into the professional education program in Elementary Education. This award shall be given to a minimum of two students each year with preference to those students in the K-8 program who are Juniors and Seniors.
