S. L. and Marguerite Fayard Scholarship

The purpose of this fund is to award a scholarship to a resident of Biloxi or D’Iberville, Mississippi. The College of Education and Human Sciences will select the recipients based on their academic potential. The criteria for selection will be determined by the College. The scholarship will not be based on financial need. The scholarship may be renewable if the student meets all criteria for a period of no more than four years. The scholarship will be awarded to an individual who is preparing for a career in a service-oriented profession, i.e., teaching, counseling or social services.
