Southern AgCredit Scholarship Endowment

The purpose of this fund is to award a scholarship to a full-time undergraduate student enrolled in the College of Business and Economic Development or an incoming freshman entering the College of Business and Economic Development. The student must have demonstrated academic achievement, be of good moral character and have demonstrated leadership ability. Preference may be given to students who are children of stockholders of Southern AgCredit. Preference may also be given to students who are from the following fifty counties that the Southern AgCredit services: Adams, Amite, Carroll, Claiborne, Clarke, Copiah, Covington, Forrest, Franklin, George, Greene, Grenada, Hancock, Harrison, Hinds, Holmes, Humphreys, Issaquena, Jackson, Jasper, Jefferson, Jefferson Davis, Jones, Kemper, Lamar, Lauderdale, Lawrence, Leake, Leflore, Lincoln, Madison, Marion, Montgomery, Neshoba, Newton, Pearl River, Perry, Pike, Rankin, Scott, Sharkey, Simpson, Smith, Stone, Walthall, Warren, Washington, Wayne, Wilkinson and Yazoo.
