Margaret Wilson Luce/Mississippi Export Railroad Scholarship

The purpose of this fund is to provide a scholarship to a student in the College of Business and Economic Development with preference to Economic Development students. The scholarship is not need-based and is to be awarded to a student from Alabama or Mississippi who is a moral person with respectable academics and who demonstrates high energy/drive.
