Candace and Halil Ozerden Education and Human Sciences at USM Gulf Coast Endowed Scholarship

The purpose of this fund is to provide scholarship funding for a student with the following requirements: from South Mississippi, preference given to financial need and academic excellence, junior or senior status changing to freshman/sophomore when USM Gulf Coast becomes a full four-year university in the Division of Education and Human Sciences at USM Gulf Coast.
