Bill Porter Memorial Scholarship Endowment - Voice

The purpose of this fund is to award scholarships to students that shall be divided equally between two disciplines. Half of the endowment allocation shall be awarded to a Pre-Law major, and half of the endowment allocation shall be awarded to a Voice student. This opportunity is the portion that is allocated to a Voice student.
