Mississippi Power Endowed Scholarship

The purpose of this fund is to provide scholarship support to full-time undergraduate students enrolled at The University of Southern Mississippi majoring in Marketing, Accounting, Computer Science, Business Administration, Advertising, Communication or Journalism with an emphasis in Public Relations. Students must be residents of Mississippi. Preference will be given to resident students residing in the Mississippi Power Company service area and students demonstrating financial need. A 3.0 GPA is also required. Applicants must identify community service activities in which they participate and compose a brief statement indicating their career plans and/or the importance of receiving this scholarship. Applicants must reapply each year to be reconsidered.
