University Civitan Club Endowed Scholarship

The purpose of this fund is to provide scholarships to students in training to become teachers of Special Education. The award is to be given to an upperclassman if possible. The Special Education faculty will select the awardee based on merit, need and such other criteria as deemed proper. The donor does request that where a candidate has ties to Civitan, that candidate be given preference with other things being equal. The award may be divided at the discretion of the Special Education faculty to provide more than one award.
