James Ray and Angeline Posey Memorial Education Annual Scholarship

The purpose of this fund is to provide scholarships to two capable and deserving students per year who have graduated from the public school system in Covington or Jefferson Davis County, Mississippi. Recipients must be enrolled as full-time students and must have a minimum 2.75 GPA. Preference will be given to students with financial need.
