Lynn Cook Hartwig - Hattiesburg Clinic Scholarship Endowment

The purpose of this fund is to award scholarships to three part-time or full-time graduate students majoring in Public Health in the amount of $1,000 each. If the spending allocation is less than $3,000 for the academic year, Hattiesburg Clinic intends to supplement the scholarship. If the spending allocation is greater than $3,000, the total amount of the allocation should be divided equally between three students and awarded completely. First consideration will be given to employees of Forrest General Hospital and/or Hattiesburg Clinic. If a student employed by Forrest General Hospital or Hattiesburg Clinic cannot be identified, the employment criterion may be waived. The student must maintain a 3.0 GPA.
