Berma F. and Willie H. Carter Physical Education Scholarship Endowment

The purpose of this fund is to provide a scholarship that will be awarded to a junior or senior majoring in Kinesiology with an emphasis in Physical Education K-12 teacher licensure with a minimum GPA of 3.0. First preference is given to a student from the following counties in the Florida Panhandle (no preferential order): Escambia, Okaloosa, Walton, Holmes, Bay, Calhoun, Jackson, Gulf, Franklin, Liberty, Wakulla, Leon, Gadsden, Jefferson, Santa Rosa or Washington counties. Second preference is given to a student from Alabama. If no student from these areas meets the criteria, the scholarship will be awarded to another qualified student.
