Eric Kelly and Charles Lowery, Jr. Noxubee County Annual Scholarship

The purpose of this fund is to award a scholarship to the freshman with the highest GPA from Noxubee County, Mississippi. If there is no freshman student from Noxubee County, Mississippi, preference will be given to the undergraduate with the highest GPA from Noxubee County, Mississippi.
