Valeria Jean Moore Downey Memorial Annual Scholarship

The purpose of this fund is to award a scholarship to a student with financial need from Long Beach, Mississippi, or Gulfport, Mississippi. The student must be attending the Gulf Coast campus and maintain a minimum GPA of 3.0.
