Frances A. Karnes Scholarship

The purpose of this fund is to provide scholarships for students in graduate degree programs with emphasis in Gifted Education which may include travel for professional development. Selection is to be made by the Dean of the College of Education and Human Sciences, Director of the School of Education and a faculty member whose primary interest is in Gifted Education.
