Larry and Elizabeth Payne Education and Human Sciences Scholarship

The purpose of this fund is to award scholarships to up to six incoming freshman who are majoring in any area within the College of Education and Human Sciences. Preference shall be given to students with financial need and to students who are residents of the state of Mississippi. The scholarship may be renewed for up to four years.
